I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the School of Information Science and Engineering at East China University of Science and Technology. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Fudan University. Prior to this, I served as an Assistant Researcher at the Shenzhen Research Institute, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. I hold an M.Sc. from Peking University and a B.Sc. from Qufu Normal University.
My research focuses on leveraging computer technology to tackle real-world challenges, enhance the societal impact of technology, and promote well-being through technological innovation. I adopt a user-centered approach, emphasizing a deep understanding of user needs, developing tailored solutions, and improving software reliability to enhance the overall user experience.
I have applied user research methodologies to explore the application requirements of information systems in managing chronic diseases. By harnessing natural language processing (NLP) and big data analytics, my goal is to improve the efficiency and quality of chronic disease diagnosis and treatment. I am also committed to addressing the challenges that older adults face when interacting with technology. My work explores innovative solutions, such as voice interaction and automated technologies, to facilitate their engagement with digital tools. Additionally, I employ techniques like log analysis and mobile computing to enhance software reliability, with a particular focus on security and performance, ensuring that the software meets users' needs more effectively. Overall, my research focuses on the fields of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW), and Software Engineering (SE).

DEI Recognition, which stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Recognition, is awarded annually to research that addresses information disadvantaged groups, recognizing outstanding contributions to achieving technological fairness and accessibility.

[September 2024] 我们的项目"声动无界:语音驱动的未来智能手机先锋"获得了2024年上海国际大学生创新创业大赛银奖。 本项目采用自研的基于大模型的用户意图理解技术,精准识别、理解用户对智能设备的操作意图, 并自动与智能设备交互,完成用户意图。这一技术既可用于实现新的智能设备交互方式,更可用于实现对用户界面的自动化、 规模化测试, 目前已经成功应用于美团等APP的自动化测试中。这是我们用户界面分析、理解工作的新成果。
